1. Job Summary
The Account Manager Position is responsible for effectively managing account services and communication activities between client, Client Services team, and Operations. This position will also include administrative responsibility as described below.
2. Essential Job Functions
· Serve as primary contact for small, mid-size and large accounts
· Support the Client Transition Process when new clients onboard
· Drive all client service activities throughout operational function areas, i.e.: production, receiving, routing, shipping, IT etc.
· Interact with operations staff to implement client programs and processes on behalf of the client’s needs
· Define and monitor client QC measures and tolerances based on client and AMS requirements in partnership with the Operations team
· Review fee schedules and conducts audits to ensure accurate billing
· Provide assigned accounts with clear expectations of manufacturing process
· Coordinate and troubleshoot the production, scheduling and delivery of finished goods and raw materials with the Operations and Purchasing Departments
· Utilize accelerated escalation policies and procedures to insure the highest level of service to assigned client accounts when appropriate
· Train and meet periodically with account coordinator regarding major or minor detail issues significant to assigned accounts
· Utilize formal reporting process to document errors with process or personnel
· Review account status on monthly or quarterly basis with senior Client Services management team and other stakeholders
· Maintain a minimum Gross Profit margin for all purchased raw materials
· Provide quarterly or annual account sales forecasts based on account history and client input
· Provide clients with print and packaging recommendations based on program / project requirements Serve as back-up to other client accounts
· Identify and recommend areas for process improvement to assure client satisfaction
· Identify client up sell opportunities for discussion with Client Services management team
· Attend regularly scheduled meetings with clients and operational team

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

- Order fulfillment: 3 years (Required)
