Through its numerous imprints and business ventures, Rizzoli is a renowned publishing house, known for high-quality, illustrated books, specializing in fashion, interior design, culinary, art, architecture, photography, pop culture and so much more.

We are seeking an accountant to work with our Accounting Department to control processes as we transition into an ERP environment.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

· Inventory Costing / Receiving

· Bank and other general ledger account reconciliations

· Assistance with monthly reporting of financial results

· Data migration and systems implementation support

· Post go-live new procedures management

· Other responsibilities to be identified

Candidate should possess the following skills and experience:

· An experienced accountant with foundational knowledge and ability to proficiently multi-task.

· Strength in building internal partnerships and working across organizations to improve situations

· Excellent communication skills, along with the ability to influence and demonstrate confidence.

· A bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred

· Competency in Excel and other Microsoft applications

On and offsite hours flexible, with in office effort required, especially earlier in the engagement. Number of hours per week also negotiable.

Length of assignment up to 6 months
