Job description
Responsible for moderately complex accounting activities relating to the maintenance and reconciliation of a complete and accurate general ledger, and preparing financial reports, statements and filings.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Prepares, reviews and verifies the accuracy of the general ledger, journal entries and accounting classifications assigned to various records. Records and reconciles various accounts in an accurate and timely manner.
2. Assists in the preparation of financial statements, sales tax returns and monthly operational
reports.
3. Manages the petty cash including daily disbursements and monthly reconciliation.
4. Provides back-up payroll assistance as needed.
5. Coordinates and/or provides assistance with special projects as needed.
6. Review documentation, policies and procedures on a regular basis in order to ensure
compliance with Federal and State labor laws.
7. Performs other duties as assigned.

Pay: $16 - $18 / hour
