The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for supporting the Accounts Payable functions of GOLFTEC Enterprises. Including, but not limited to, filing, data entry and invoice discrepancy research.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for processing all incoming utilities invoices, property taxes, etc.
  • Set up new utility accounts.
  • Assist the AP team with check processing.
  • Responsible for the accuracy, appropriateness and legitimacy of utilities related invoices submitted for payment.
  • Communicate with vendors regarding status of their account, either written or verbal.
  • Timely response to vendors and coworkers calls and emails.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year experience in an Accounts Payable role
  • Experience with Great Plains Accounting Software a plus.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Office Suite including Excel and Outlook.
