Job description

Seeking self-motivated, detail-oriented, proactive, professional administrative support to provide assistance in a variety of tasks to the Executive Director, Deputy Director, and Director of Business Development in a outpatient drug/alcohol treatment center.

Must be proficient in Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint), internet research, and have excellent editing and writing skills.

Please understand that this position must be detail-oriented with EXCELLENT editing and writing skills - and that I will intially make the decision on whether or not the applicant has these skills based on your resume. If there are typos, formatting errors, grammatical errors, etc., you will not be considered. Your resume is the first opportunity to display your writing, formatting, editing and presentation skills. As the hiring manager, I take this very seriously because this is a huge part of the position.

Looking for someone who can take some administrative work off of all of our plates so we can focus on more high-level projects.

Experience as an admininstrative assistant is not required, but preferred. Really need someone who can jump in, use common sense, and take on tasks with little direction and who takes pride in their work, with excellent editing/presentation skills.

Some familiarity with recovery and treatment would be ideal, but not necessary.

Could start out as part-time and evolve to full-time for the right fit. This is an independent, yet collaborative work environment. No one will be breathing down your neck, however there will be deadlines and expectations. It's a great opportunity for a new graduate or career change to get into treatment administration and compliance.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
