Job description
Job purpose
Responsible for overseeing the general office environment and making sure personnel have the tools, supplies, and support necessary to keep the company’s operations running smoothly. Maintaining office appearance so it is presentable for both employees and clients.
Duties and responsibilities
1. Oversee maintenance of an efficient and professional office environment
2. Facilitate employee onboarding & off boarding
3. Support resolution of employee’s technical issues
4. Assist with ad hoc errands
5. Assist with pre and post meeting needs
6. Track activity for reporting purposes
7. Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
· Excellent organizational skills
· Exemplary customer service skills
· Computer knowledge - from basic technical skills to IT troubleshooting
· Strong attention to detail
· Reliable, flexible and adaptable
· Discrete, especially concerning confidential matters
· Problem-solving skills
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to move and lift objects that may weigh up to 30lbs. to 50lbs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
