POSITION SUMMARY

As an Advanced Practice Provider, you will be part of a team that strives to uphold Unio Health Partners' mission to provide the highest level of care. You will be responsible for providing Urologic care in the evaluation, management, and treatment of patients. Advanced Practice Provider works under the direction of the collaborating Physician and other supervising Urologist.

What you will be doing

  • Evaluate patient, review medical history, and perform an appropriate physical exam in a medical office setting
  • Interpret and evaluate patient data as authorized by the physician for the purpose of determining the management and treatment of patients. Assess and diagnose urological conditions. Consult with a physician as appropriate.
  • Prescribe, recommend, and regulate appropriate pharmacologic medicine
  • Maintain current knowledge regarding options for optimal patient care and outcomes
  • Document appropriately and communicate with the appropriate physician in a timely manner as required, including, but not limited to evaluations, treatment plans, progress reports, treatment notes, and other reports as requested

What you will bring to the team

  • Current NP or PA-C license, Master's Degree in Nursing/Physician Assistant program required
  • Current BLS and CPR certification required.
  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider in a urology setting preferred
  • Knowledge of ERM systems
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred
