We are looking for an Analyst to support our Environmental, Social, and Governance workflow. This position sits in our Boca Raton office reporting directly to our Chief Administrative Officer. Responsibilities:

We are looking for an Analyst to support our Environmental, Social, and Governance workflow. This position sits in our Boca Raton office reporting directly to our Chief Administrative Officer.
Interacting with different teams globally across DigitalBridge and its portfolio companies, the role will be involved with supporting the Company’s global ESG initiatives and projects, including:
Metrics and Reporting:
- Take a leading role in managing data and reporting of ESG information, overseeing the collection of data from portfolio companies, driving consistency and completeness in line with mandatory and company requirements
- Draft responses to investor requests, including PRI and SFDR reporting and support general communications to investors on progress against DigitalBridge’s ESG strategy, including annual ESG report, PRI report, PAI reporting, and EU Taxonomy reporting
- Assist DigitalBridge and relevant portfolio companies with IFC reporting and adherence to IFC’s performance standards
Due Diligence of Potential Investments:
- Support ESG Advisor and investment teams with ESG due diligence, including but not limited to the use of the internal ESG bespoke tool and the completion of materiality assessment
- Provide assessments to relevant Investment Committee and join calls with co-investors to discuss findings and go forward plan
Engagement with Portfolio Companies:
- Build relationships with the management teams of the portfolio companies to support the improvement of ESG practices, performance and risk management, particularly with the ESG leads at each portfolio company
- Support the implementation and monitoring of the portfolio companies ESG improvement plans and drive value change across the portfolio. This includes but is not limited to ESG onboarding, annual ESG assessment and ad-hoc ESG support
- Undertake continual analysis of peer companies and other corporates to assess benchmark ESG positioning and disclosures, whilst identifying best practice
Training Investment Teams and Portfolio Companies:
- Research and disseminate information on key ESG topics (DEI, climate risk, net zero, human rights, etc) in both written communications as well as in frequent all hands meetings and trainings to continue to build the knowledge and understanding internally at DigitalBridge and across the portfolio
- Prepare presentations on evolving ESG topics for investment teams and portfolio companies
- Carry out additional duties as assigned
DigitalBridge ESG Program Administration
- Support development of quarterly ESG board reports for DigitalBridge Board of Directors
- Coordinate and develop materials for quarterly ESG Committee meetings
- Attention to detail and thoroughness.
- Excellent stakeholder skills - able to effectively listen, communicate, challenge and influence colleagues from multiple business areas
- Clear interest in the topics encompassed by ESG
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and work independently
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in written form

Strong analytical skills and technical experience in handling large datasets in excel and reporting- Background in finance, consulting, in-house or investment-related context, with exposure to ESG and/or climate-related data and analysis
- Experience in financial services and ideally private equity
- Experience in infrastructure investments desired
- Strong demonstratable interest in sustainability issues
- Strong Excel skills and comfortable manipulating large data sets and financial modelling
- Strong presentation including PowerPoint skills
- Experience in ESG in investments, notably climate change topics desired
- General knowledge of sustainability trends, financial markets, economics and politics
- Strong academic credentials. A degree or master’s degree in a related field (preferred but not essential)
