Pay

• $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 / annually (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Never sell anything to a customer that they don't need or want
• Diagnose and repair major home appliances in accordance with national industry standards.
• Diagnose malfunctioning appliances, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
• Perform physically demanding tasks such as removal and replacement of ovens, cooktops, ranges, refrigerators, dishwashers, washing machines, and dryers.
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent work ethic and a positive attitude
• Wear a uniform, well-groomed, clean cut
• Comply with federal, state, and local building codes by strict adherence to the requirements.
• Communicate with customers and present options for repair vs. replace of appliances
• Educate customers on how their appliance works and why it’s not working
• Maintain safe and clean working environment

Job requirements

• 1-2+ years minimum of major appliance repair experience required
• Must have EPA Certification or be able to pass the EPA test
• Valid Drivers License and clean record
• Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug testing
• Be genuine and friendly
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent work ethic and a positive attitude
• Willing to learn
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
