- This is a full-time, contract to hire, role that is remote supporting the team located in Rolling Meadows, IL.
- will work with current developers and application specialists within our custom employee benefits platform to develop solutions that will meet business requirements to merge client data from various platforms and enhance our existing platform.
What you'll be doing:
- Develop a deep comprehension of our current employee benefits platform and its design and purpose
- Distinguish key platform capabilities and requirements that align with business objectives
- Work to ascertain strategic application architecture initiatives and objectives that can provide a migration roadmap to a more sustainable and lower upkeep platform
- Deliver presentations that clearly detail proposed solutions and migration approach methodology and process
- Deliver project tasks and documentation in a timely and consistent manner
Required Skills:
- Experience with Microsoft Cloud solutions including 365, Dynamics, Power BI
- A Strong technical background for developing and driving technical solutions within an enterprise IT environment
- Ability to work within a diverse team of consultants, full time IT professionals and across multiple (global) Time Zones
- Ability to communicate findings and development of plans in an organized, thoughtful and concise manner across different levels of Business and Project leadership teams.
- Preferred Experience with SiSense and PowerBI
- Experience with direct/employee benefits and products preferred
