myOrthos, is seeking an Area Operations Manager to manage the daily operations of Orthodontic offices within a region. Provide leadership and guidance on employee relations, patient relations and achieving administrative operational goals.

myOrthos is looking for an Area Operations Manager who can:

· Manage the day-to-day operations of an assigned geographic area of multiple orthodontic practices

· Provide leadership and guidance to office teams ensuring excellent inpatient service, operational and financial results

· Build strong and productive relationships with orthodontists and office teams

· Make effective decisions based on data analysis, organizational observations, and cost controls

· Manage region’s profit and loss and achieved budgeted expectations

· Ensure effective execution of operational standards, including compliance with policies and procedures

· Recruit, hire, develop and retain high-performance teams through training, coaching, expectations setting, and accountability

Desired Skills:

· Ability to effectively lead and coach healthcare professionals

· Sound decision-making skills, drive, and desire to succeed and grow

· Financial acumen and ability to manage a P&L

· Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills

· Proven ability to lead, coach, teach and manage others

· Ability to travel within the specified region

Minimum Qualifications:

· 3-5 years of multi-location, general healthcare, multi-practice management experience, orthodontia preferred

· Experience with managing budgets and delivering information from P&L statements and delivering strong results and growth through the management of financial resources

· Proficient in MS office suite

· BA in Healthcare Management or related field

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
