Job description

Troy CSL Lighting is a manufacturer of quality high-styled indoor and outdoor lighting and is seeking self-motivated individuals to be a part of our assembly team.

Essential Functions include:

• Read and interpret drawings, diagrams, and BOMs
• Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes and procedures.
• Utilize small hand tools such as: cutters, wire strippers, and screwdrivers.
• Correct defects; disassemble, reassemble, and rework fixtures.
• Able to meet the production schedules communicated by the lead.
• Utilize computer stations located on the assembly lines to do basic tasks such as close orders and print labels.
• Package the lighting fixtures using the tools/materials that have been provided.
• Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent.
• English required/ Spanish a plus
• 3 years’ experience in the lighting or electrical industry
• Basic computer knowledge
• Manual hand assembly experience
