Automation Guarding Systems is a small manufacturing company located in Sterling Heights Michigan.
We have over 30 years of steel fabrication experience. We manufacture modular fencing for all aspects of robot guarding. We are seeking employment for a managerial role that would perform and be responsible for various tasks of the office. This individual must have extensive experience in the following:
- AutoCAD
- Solid Works
- Excel
The Manager’s day-to-day responsibilities would be as follows:
- Provide RFQ’s to customers daily.
- Maintain and supervise all employees.
- Organize and preside over all orders for shipping.
- Budgeting.
- Ordering of inventory.
- Be able to direct and resolve customer and/or vendor disputes.
- Oversee and manage website inquiries/updates.
- Work with Bookkeeper/Office Manager to review payables, receivables, insurance policies, and employee evaluations.

Medical/Dental (70/30) eligible the 1st of the month following 60 days.
