Assistant Restaurant Manager
Job description
We are looking for an Experienced Restaurant Managers with strong leadership, motivational and people skills. You will ensure efficient restaurant operation and maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards, by “Consistently creating encore experiences that enrich lives one person at a time”.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate the entire restaurant operation, including front-of-house and back-of-house
Deliver superior guest services and ensure absolute customer satisfaction
Respond efficiently to customer complaints
Enforce and offer the best quality of products possible
Organize and supervise shifts
Appraise personnel’s performance and provide feedback to keep them upbeat and productive
Forecast requirements and maintain inventory
Monitor compliance with sanitation, safety rules and regulations, and policies and procedures
Control costs and minimize waste
Recruiting, training and motivating staff
Nurture a positive working environment and lead by example
Proficient in assigning duties and scheduling shifts
Monitor operations and initiate corrective actions
Training Requirements:
In-store training program completed
Online Assistant Manager Test passed with 92% or above
Experience Guidelines:
Ability to work flexible, full time schedule- days, evenings and weekends
Proven leadership and teamwork skills
Good oral/written communication skills
Basic computer literacy
Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
Working Conditions:
Office environment; work with computer and office equipment
Restaurant environment; work with advanced kitchen and front-of –house operational equipment; hazardous conditions
Essential job functions may require maintaining physical condition necessary for standing, walking or sitting for prolonged periods of time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
