RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's banking client is seeking a Bank Operations Specialist in Irvine, CA.

Responsibilities:

• In this role, the Bank Operations Specialist will be receiving and reviewing incoming work, contacting appropriate resources as needed, entering transactions, verifying accuracy, preparing, editing, distributing, and/or correcting specialized and/or complex documents
• Responsible for the accurate completion of assigned data entry to various bank systems for the completion of the job function
• The Bank Operations Specialist organizes and completes work accurately and in accordance with established measures/deadlines and assigned goals
• Provides excellent customer service to internal and external clients
• Identifies and resolves issues within assigned scope
• Attends and participates in meetings as required
• The Bank Operations Specialist performs all other job duties as assigned by manager

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma/GED
• 1-2+ years of experience in bank operations and bank regulations
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, TEAMS, PowerPoint & Outlook)
• Financial products/basic banking knowledge/general edgers
• Knowledge of: Stop Payments/Non-Post, Adjustments and Collections
• System Maintenance experience
• Detail-oriented
• 10-key and Data Entry skills
• Time management skills
• Able to perform accurate work in a fast-paced working environment
• Accounting basic principles
• Customer service experience
• Strong communication skills, verbally and in writing
• Fraud related experience
• Knowledge of Fiserv
