Benefits Analyst
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
(other duties assigned):
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, providing employee assistance as the initial point of contact for the Benefits function.- System Administrator for Manage and Maintain benefits administration system
- Audit all benefit carrier records quarterly
- Maintain accurate monthly billing with vendors and timely payments
- Manage all employee benefit communications
- Responsible for monitoring, resolving or distributing tickets, incoming mail, emails, faxes and telephone calls related to benefits or 401(k) issues
- Support a universal paperless employee record system. Manage all employee records in a legally compliant manner.
- Proficient in all Microsoft office products
- Report writing from systems including Ultipro, Alight and all other systems
- Maintain HIPPA compliance document and records
- Maintain PD Hub with all pertinent document support
- Maintain skills through required training and coaching
- Support Leave Administration through a partnership with HR Administration
REQUIREMENTS
Education & Experience
- 4-5 years experience providing Benefit related administrative support
- 4-5 years customer service experience required (internal or external)
- 4-5 years experience supporting HR/Benefits compliance processes
- Experience documenting and training on process and procedure
- 4-5 years Benefits system administrator experience, and data management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 1-3 years’ experience supporting the workers compensation process preferred
- This is currently a remote/hybrid position, and will require a quiet dedicated space to work
