Job description

- I’m looking for a fired up self-starter to START our B2B sales / B2B account management process. Sales will be mostly to coffee shops, grocery stores, etc.

- This would be commission-only to start. We are a 3 person team right now, you'll be the first sales hire. As B2B sales come in we will be able to switch to a base + commission structure, if you wish. Note: We currently sell ~$7K/month at farmers markets. This product is ready for B2B sales and we expect commissions to begin quickly.
- I need someone that has some experience in B2B sales, understands sales funnels, can manage a pipeline, is fine with cold-calls and walk-ins, can modify sales strategy/funnels based on feedback, can create sales copy/materials, etc. I’m fine with paying for pipeline software such as pipedrive. I can also mentor in all of these skills, but a candidate should be somewhat familiar with the process.
- Since there is no base salary, we will not set your work hours. However, I hope you’re fired up about the opportunity and want to put in some time!
- The product is already validated for you. We currently sell ~$7K/month at farmers markets and people LOVE the product. We just need you to help us get it into coffee shops and grocery stores!
- You will be a big driver of the B2B sales process. Part of my background is in sales, but I do not have time to fully produce all the sales strategy, sales content, etc. I’d rather consult with you, then you implement/execute (including the creation of sales materials, for example).
- Compensation - I have a structure in mind, but prefer to not post it publicly. Needless to say, since there is no base salary, the commission level is high. You will 'own' the accounts you land and will get ongoing commission from those accounts.

About the company: We produce authentic Chai Tea Masala powders. Unrelated to that, we love cats. Ask any chai tea enthusiast and they will tell you that chai teas in coffee shops are terrible. Ours are fantastic, traditional (i.e. lots of cardamom and spice), contain no sweeteners, and are small batch. Very close to what you would get in India. We sell at farmers markets now and commonly hear from customers this is the best chai they've ever had in their life.

Pay: $20,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
