The Starting Line is an online fitness coaching company designed for busy professionals, business owners, and entrepreneurs. What makes The Starting Line unique is we have paired the structure and accountability of online fitness coaching with a done-for-you concierge service. We also require testing to be done for all of our clients within the first 30 days of the program in order to create a truly customized gameplan.

The Starting Line was founded by Aaron Nimmo and Cole Taylor. Aaron is a fitness influencer with close to 1 million followers on Instagram (@aaron_nimmo) and has helped over 50,000 online clients in the last 10 years. Cole has an MBA and superior marketing and sales experience. Together they are working to create a coaching program and community that is unlike anything else in the fitness industry. This program, community, and movement cannot happen without high level nutrition coaching at the core of our company.
Who We Are Looking For:
We are looking for a male or female head dietician for this role. Someone who has experience with reviewing comprehensive hormone panels and gut health tests. This person needs to have the knowledge and experience to create macros and a fully customized nutrition and workout program based on the testing results that come back.
This individual will play a key role in developing our curriculum and overseeing all client results. This individual would also oversee all of our coaches and be in charge of educating our coaching staff on our curriculum.
This person needs to be a good communicator and someone who is comfortable taking calls with our coaching staff and also directly with our clients.
This person needs to be comfortable with confrontation. We are looking for someone who is willing to go the extra mile to help our busy clients navigate their crazy weeks by creating action steps to overcome obstacles that come up.
We Are Not Looking For:
If you prefer a more hands-off coaching style, this may not be the right fit for you. It is absolutely crucial that you hold yourself responsible for the success of your clients for this role to be the right fit for you.
Every client will have excuses and mental obstacles and it will be your job to help them overcome them through mindset coaching and by helping the client create solutions to all obstacles that come up.
The applies for any interaction and oversight with our coaching staff. Our coaches need to be lead and challenged as well as encouraged.

Common problems that arise with our clients that will need to be navigated:
- too busy during the week to meal prep
- too busy to fit meals in during the day
- traveling non-stop and don't know what to eat
- having a hard time fitting in workouts
- having a hard time keeping on track diet eating out with business meetings
Here are a list of potential responsibilities included in this role:
- examining all hormone and gut health tests that we receive from clients
- create a document that outlines all red flags and next steps in the tests
- creating customized gameplan for clients based on next steps
- meeting with clients 30 days into their programs to educate them on their labs and go over their custom gameplan
- meeting with all coaching staff within a group format and training on our curriculum
- meeting with coaching staff on a one on one basis once per week to discuss all clients and programming adjustments
- creating content for our client community and for our social media
- reviewing our existing nutrition templates and suggested and / or making adjustments
- getting on calls on an as needed basis with problematic clients
- making sure all clients have an awareness of where they are at in their client journey with us (what is the current focus or what phase of the program are they in)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $2,500.00 - $8,000.00 per month
