ASSOCIATE PERKS

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Remove plates, silverware, and linens from guest facing areas.
• Properly dispose of all trash.
• Provide professional service.
• Problem Solve.
• Promptly address any customer service issues, direct to manager as needed.
• Implement steps of service.
• Follow safe food handling practices.
• Keep assigned area clean, clear of dishes, and organized.
• Maintain a clean and polished uniform.
• Follow City Foods & Events and Sporting Kansas City policies and procedures.

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

• Be able to interact with high profile guests and fellow associates in a friendly, professional manner.
• Capable of working in a high-volume environment with calm, collected attitude.
• Proficient in multi-tasking while maintaining safe food and beverage handling.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• No experience necessary.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must be willing to work hours that vary, according to the event schedule.
