The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for facilitating the patient's hospitalization from preadmission through discharge. The Registered Nurse (RN) coordinates with physicians, nurses, social workers, and other health team members to expedite medically appropriate cost-effective care. The Registered Nurse (RN) advises the health care team and provides leadership as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN), required
- At least 3 years of clinical experience as an RN, preferred
- Supervisory skills, preferred
- Utilization and discharge planning, preferred
- Case Management Certification, preferred
