Sodexo is seeking an experienced Catering Executive Chef in the Greater Baltimore area.
The Catering Executive Chef will support all catering culinary services at this high profile large account. Responsibilities include the execution of all catering events , food cost management, training of culinary staff and a focus on excellent VIP customer experience.

- produce high end catering menus, including international cuisines, artisan-level cooking.
- assist other chefs in develop menus and manage inventory
- have high expectations for customer service and quality of food
- have the ability and willingness to develop and train frontline employees
- have a passion for food and innovation
The ideal candidate has
- a strong culinary background, with the demonstrated ability to stay current with new culinary trends.
- Experience with high end and high profile catering events and excellent customer service focus.
- excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to maintain the highest of standards and implements company policies.
- computer skills – managing Sodexo Food service programs for ordering and inventory.
