National Forwarding Co. Inc, a subsidiary of National Holding Company, provides worldwide relocation services to the US military, civilian government agencies, corporate accounts and individual private transferees. Its primary line of business domestically is the US military.

Position Summary: Establish claim files, including all documents that are relevant to the file and the acquisition of any missing documents from underlying service providers.

Essential Functions: Duties may include all or some of the following: answering the phones, tracing and follow-up for missing household goods, scanning documents, assisting with inspections/repairs, invoice processing and data entry.

Other Responsibilities: Filing, mail processing, and other administrative or general office duties as directed.

Educational Experience and Skills Required: Some college preferred but not necessary. Strong organizational skills, strong written skills, accurate and fast data entry, and good general communications skills required. Highly productive candidate is a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.88 - $22.00 per hour
