Join our growing IT team where you will provide leadership and oversight to the IT client technologies team including the Service Support group, Client Systems group, Client Systems Engineer group and Procurement and Asset management. This role is responsible for IT Incident, Problem, Escalation and Fulfillment management which includes level I and II technical support for all IT services, assets, and solutions. Job Overview: Responsible for IT Incident, Problem, Escalation and Fulfillment management which includes level I and II technical support for Enterprise PCs, and Applications. Responsible for the activities associated with installation, deployment, upgrades of client software, hardware, and networking as it relates to the desktop environments. Oversight of processes and procedures associated with service management including the development and upkeep of a service catalog, service level agreements and monitoring and maintenance of routine systems and applications. Manages the processes to identify, track, escalate, resolve, and report customer issues from the incident through the problem resolution. Ensures that service availability and service quality are increased. Acts as the point of escalation for minor/major incidents/problems and follows through with stakeholders to ensure meeting business needs. Responsible for the overall technical asset management of desktop systems and PC lifecycle management capabilities to include establishing and maintaining hardware and software standards.

Job Requirements:

Reflects MINIMUM EDUCATION, TRAINING, CERTIFICATION and EXPERIENCE required in order to meet the expectations of this job:

  • Any combination of post secondary education in Business, Information Technology or related IT field and network experience to equal 10 years.
  • 7+ years in leadership role.
  • Experience working with business owners and employees to help drive significant improvements in business performance.
  • Proven track record of attracting, retaining and developing an IT staff capable of delivering superior results.
  • Provide clear and concise oral and written communication to all levels of employees within the company.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality as needed.
  • Organize and prioritize work.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
