Job description
Work Schedule: Full Time, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Work Location: Pediatric Neurology; Childrens Harbor Building
Under general supervision, work consists of a variety of routine clerical duties in support of office operations. Duties may consist of data entry, posting information to logs, typing labels and forms, maintaining the filing system, answering phones, copying material, monitoring inventory, and other clerical duties including patient records/referrals – reviewing and transferring through to the scheduling process.

Position Requirements:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Three years of progressive clerical experience. Must be: (1) able to type a minimum of 40 words per minute accurately; (2) compose, format, type, edit and distribute correspondence; (3) perform basic math skills; and (4) possess exceptional telephone & customer service skills
Preferred: Medical Office Experience, proficient with grammar verbal and written. Strong background handling complex customer service calls.
