NFT Group is seeking a local Construction Superintendent in the New Orleans, LA area for immediate placement.

• 2+ years as Construction Superintendent
• Proficient with Software (Procore a plus, Microsoft office, email)
• Ability to operate heavy equipment
• Ability to understand and interpret drawings/blueprints
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening

1. Superintendents oversee day to day operations of all phases on individual job sites, as well as supervising foremen of subcontractors and general laborers.

2.Estimating assistance with "new bid" projects and change orders on current
projects.
3. Project setup and buyout, as needed
4. Scheduling and complete project
management/coordination.
5. Sales of our services to the construction market.
6. Profitability of all projects assigned to you.
7. Profitability of the company as a whole, as you can impact
it.
8. Maintaining and developing customer relationships.
9. Managing field personnel assigned to your projects through
the Project Manager.
10. Maintaining the NFT Group safety plan across all projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
