Trustpoint.One is pleased to be supporting a leading a plaintiff’s law firm with its search for Inbound Contact Center Representatives to provide best-in-class service to their current and potential clients. The Inbound Contact Center Representatives will address any caller's questions, needs or messages immediately and approach each call interaction with a high degree of attention and sense of urgency.

Qualifications

· Customer service experience

· Professional telephone etiquette

· Active listening, verbal, and communication skills

· Excellent written skills, spelling, punctuation and grammar

· Ability to obtain, confirm and update data entry with a high level of accuracy

· Ability to acquire detailed and complete medical information

· Excellent organizational, time-management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize

· Proficient using various software platforms such as CRM, VoIP and electronic signature

· Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office 365 suite)

· Ability to work within a team while handling individual responsibilities

· Adaptability, flexibility and ability to perform in a dynamic working environment

Preferred Qualifications

· Salesforce experience (Litify or another legal CRM)

· High volume / fast-paced contact center experience

· Legal experience working in personal injury, products liability, class action/mass torts

· Two or four-year college degree

· Bilingual (Spanish)

· $45K-50K commensurate with experience
