Responsible for translating business goals into content strategies to be delivered through a wide variety of mediums. A big picture thinker who leads the strategy and development of messaging to be delivered in all forms of media. Requires a high level of creativity and ability to facilitate the creation of highly engaging content to the QA1 audience.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop, document, and maintain QA1’s content strategy. Gain approval from key stakeholders
  • Working with Sales and Product Management, develop and maintain repeatable best-in-class content strategies for product presentation on channel partner websites
  • Develops outlook and resource requirements to support content creation strategy
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and related team members to shape and maintain a PIM for QA1 and dealer websites
  • Develops and communicates compelling value propositions with the help from internal/external subject matter experts
  • Provides general marketing support (web content, trade show and conference support, etc.)
  • Identifies and manages 3rd party resources to accomplish goals
  • Produces final copy of written communications, edit and proof copy for use in external communication
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications, Education & Experience

Required

  • A minimum of six years of proven work experience as a content marketer
  • Editorial mindset with an ability to predict audience preferences
  • Ability to develop video scripts and coordinate video production with internal / external parties
  • Expertise in social media platforms
  • Strong copy-editing skillset
  • Exceptional communication and written skills
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and related applications
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to use strong critical thinking skills to solve problems
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external parties
  • Ability to work well in a team environment

Education

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in marketing from four-year college or university; and four years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
