Overview:
The Culture & Experience Officer position will report directly to the Talent Attraction & Culture Director and will manage and support various people, culture, and engagement initiatives. The role will work on key priorities in collaboration with the Director and the Talent Attraction team, Marketing team and other key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years managing culture, engagement programs and initiatives required.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in HR systems, recruiting systems, with clear understanding of technology and how to leverage it in HR processes.
- Demonstrate the ability to make quick decision and be able to exercise good judgement in an ambiguous environment, while maintaining confidentially.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing various workstreams, managing expectations, and maintaining attention to detail while meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrate the ability to build relationships quickly using a collaborative approach when working with others.
- Proven self-starter who can work with different levels and build trust through influence and professional presence.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University or College required.
