CTM MARKETING - CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
EXPERIENCE:
- 1-3 years of restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience
- High School Diploma
- 2 or 4 year degree in Business, Marketing, Politics, Media, Communication, History, or English (preferred but not required)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A positive and energetic attitude
- The ability to work with a team
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- A self-motivated personality
- A love for competitive environments and a growth mindset

RESPONSIBILITIES - Customer Service Representative
- Setting daily client appointments
- Interacting with customers face-to-face
- Overseeing the trainings of newer associates
- Assisting in recruiting for potential new candidates
- Office administration
- Planning events and hosting small group meetings
While our team is able to train you to do this position, there are certain qualities that we are looking for an employee to already have. These include having a strong work ethic, determination, passion, critical thinking skills, and being a team player who is open to learning new things. We are not asking much from a candidate besides showing up, working hard, and assisting our team with equal amounts of integrity.

Pay: $58,500.00 - $72,900.00 per year
