We are an established financial services company located in Bothell, WA, looking for full-time or part-time Customer Service representative to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate is Driven, Self-motivated, and persistent, with strong communication skills. Customer service and call center experience is a plus. We’re willing to train the right candidate.

· Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent, able to pass a background check, and possess basic math and computer skills.

Shift Hours:
Semi-Flexible. Work 36 hours a week and get paid for 40 hours. (With option of getting 3 days off)

Job Description:

· Manage multiple delinquent accounts.

· Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding balances.

· Plan a course of action to recover outstanding payments.

· Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans.
