Customer Service Representative
Job description
As the Marketing and Customer Service Representative, you will interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to troubleshoot and resolve customer requests and problems. This position is also responsible for marketing and social media.
Responsibilities
- Reaching out to clients and prospects to schedule annual review meetings via Microsoft Outlook and Zoom.
- Scheduling policy delivery meetings via Microsoft Outlook and Zoom.
- Updating client information and notes on Smart Office.
- Creating and updating contact set lists for marketing emails on Smart Office.
- Distributing marketing videos, letters, and newsletters in compliance with broker-dealer via Act-On.
- Using FMG to obtain financial articles, and newsletters, and to mail out birthday cards.
- Ordering and maintaining inventory of marketing materials (business cards, letterheads, envelopes, calendars).
- Providing financial reports for client meetings.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication abilities and data entry skills are essential.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Problem solver, team player, and proactive.
- Smart Office experience a plus!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
