Working from your home, you'll be a key member of our Call Center Team helping customers enjoy the hobby of coin collecting.

Primary responsibilities include:

Responding in a friendly, courteous manner to customer phone calls in a fast-paced sequence

Accurately entering orders and resolving basic customer questions, concerns and requests

Placing outgoing calls welcoming new customers and ensuring a positive customer experience

Suggesting additional coins to customers and, if sold, earning incentives

No knowledge of coins required, we will train!

Qualified applicant will have:

High School diploma or GED

Solid telephone customer service ability; prior experience a plus

Ability to train in-house for the first few weeks

Ability to enter 35 words per minute while talking to the customer

Ability to multi-task

Dependability and reliability

An eye for detail

An interest in learning

The Customer Service Home Worker is responsible for the following:

Broadband Internet service or DSL with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps. and a modem/router. Cannot use WIFI or satellite ISPs. The computer and phone must connect directly to router via Ethernet cable.

A secure quiet workspace to provide confidentiality of credit card information.

Littleton Coin will provide the following:

Computer, monitor, and mouse (only for company use)

Phone connection

Telephone and head set

Power strip surge protector
