Since 1997, we have supplied long-term care facilities and nursing homes with Medicare Part B durable medical equipment such as enteral nutrition, wound care dressings, ostomy supplies, tracheostomy supplies and catheter supplies. We also work to meet the needs of patients who need incontinence supplies and the supplies mentioned above via our home ship programs. We are an ACHC accredited supplier and a member of the Independent Nursing Home Association and the Mississippi Health Care Association.

Full Time Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for performing all tasks relative to in-house communications with the patient/client.

• Answers incoming calls regarding order placement, product problems, service questions, order status and general customer concerns.
• Enter online orders from various online systems into our operating system for processing, careful to make note of any changes and documenting all notes in the system
• Responds to patient/client questions and problems.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism with customers and patients through every call, email or other source of communication in order to portray the company in the best light.
• Maintains a neat, clean personal appearance. Promotes teamwork among co-workers that includes assisting fellow CSRs as needed.
• Demonstrates timeliness, courtesy, sincerity, and patience with dealing with customers and patients.
• Performs other duties as requested.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written communication skills
• Willing to work as team
• High level of attention to detail
• Knowledge and understanding of insurance eligibility a plus
• Proficient computer skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.00 - $16.00 per hour
