As a Non-CDL Driver based in Lebanon, OH, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods and materials to designated locations using a vehicle that does not require a commercial driver's license (CDL). This role requires excellent driving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safe Transportation: Operate a non-CDL vehicle, such as a cargo van or box truck, to transport goods and materials to assigned locations within Lebanon, OH, and surrounding areas.
• Delivery Execution: Follow predetermined routes and schedules to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and materials.
• Loading and Unloading: Assist with loading and unloading cargo from the vehicle, ensuring proper handling and securing of items to prevent damage during transportation.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logbooks, mileage, fuel consumption, and any other required documentation.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine inspections of the vehicle, including checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and overall vehicle condition. Report any mechanical issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with customers during deliveries and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to ensure a safe working environment. Follow all applicable local, state, and federal transportation regulations.
• Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with dispatchers and supervisors, providing updates on delivery status and any issues encountered during transportation.

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license issued by the state of Ohio, allowing operation of non-CDL vehicles.
• Clean Driving Record: Maintain a clean driving record with no major violations or accidents within the past three years.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 pounds), bend, stoop, and climb in and out of the vehicle as necessary.
• Dependability: Demonstrated reliability and punctuality in previous work experience.
• Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately follow instructions, read maps, and navigate through unfamiliar locations.
• Time Management: Strong organizational skills to ensure efficient delivery routes and adherence to schedules.
• Professionalism: Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, representing the company in a positive manner.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, depending on business needs.
