Our dental facility is looking for a reliable, hard-working individual to provide supervisory support for our multi-disciplined clinic. In this management position, you’ll utilize your leadership and communication skills to their fullest. The right candidate will be organized and have the skills necessary to multitask effectively and efficiently. You’ll be a key point of contact for dental team members and partner with the dental director and supervisory boards to achieve growth and profitability benchmarks while embracing the practice's core values and positive culture.

In addition to exceptional communication and organizational skills, the ideal applicant will lead in a positive yet productive way. The right candidate must have the drive for self-improvement and consistently aim to be the best version of themselves and encourage others to do the same. This role helps shape the dynamics of the office.
