Sacramento Post-Acute is a 5-Star 94-bed skilled nursing and sub-acute care facility. The services we provide include trach care and ventilator management (sub-acute wing), wound care, short-term rehabilitation, and daily living care for long-term patients. We have a full time nurse practitioner, 24/7 respiratory therapists, a Therapy MD and 2 full time treatment nurses to support you.

We also have 2 LVN schools and 3 CNA schools that perform their clinicals at our facility.

We have an opening for a part-time RN Desk Supervisor on the NOC shift (10:00pm – 6:30am) in our subacute unit. This position is approximately 3 days per week. Training is provided for this position. New grads have worked well in this position.

You will be supported by experienced cart nurses, CNA's, and Respiratory Therapists that are assigned to the subacute unit, and an on-call nurse practitioner and MD.

This is an excellent opportunity for you to add subacute experience to your work history should you be interested in pursuing a career in a hospital setting. Must have a minimum 1-year experience as an RN in a healthcare center, preferably a skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities:

● Support cart nurses with a patient's change of condition
● Occasionally change patient IV's
● Input new orders
● Update with family members as necessary
