Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met
• Collaborate with team members to find solutions to complex problems
• Participate in weekend on-call rotation
