Job description

We are looking to build a strong team of skilled Maintenance workers/ Painters to perform upkeep tasks such as repairs and painting in rental properties. You will be working to ensure facilities are tidy, safe, functional, and move in ready. Being reliable with a keen eye for detail is the first step to getting this job. The ideal candidate will have experience and solid technical knowledge. You must possess manual dexterity and physical stamina. We are looking for team members who move with speed, and are receptive to constructive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Painting walls, ceilings, doors, baseboards, and trim
• Perform minor fixes before painting such as repairing drywall etc.
• Standard caulk out - remove old and re caulk plumbing fixtures and wet areas
• Clean up all paint related materials at the end of each job
• Complete assigned tasks within time frame
• Install smoke detectors
• Replace sink stoppers
• Handyman/ maintenance repairs

Skills

• Proven experience
• Basic knowledge of painting
• Experience using hand and electrical tools
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical stamina and dexterity
• Receptive to constructive feedback
• Moves with speed and accuracy

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $100.00 - $500.00 per day
