Do you have experience securing federal funding, especially from NSF or NIH? Do you want to help expand impactful, inclusive innovation programming that addresses critically important problems? Do you want to join a growing, dynamic team? If yes, VentureWell is looking for you!

Our development team is expanding, and we are looking for relationship builders and proposal wizards to help us secure federal funding for new and existing programs at VentureWell. Our new hires will get the opportunity to work on the renewal and expansion of our work with several agencies including the National Science Foundation, the National Institutes of Health, the Department of Energy, and the Department of State. Our needs include:

• Researching agencies' programming and funding priorities
• Cultivating relationships with agency staff
• Developing strategies and compelling program ideas in collaboration with colleagues and partner organizations
• Writing briefs, concept notes, grant proposals, and reports
• Managing submissions, compliance, and other details

If you have experience and interest in any combination of the above, we'd love to hear from you!

Relevant experience could include federal relationship cultivation, science policy, program management, research development, proposal management, grant writing, pre-award compliance, and report writing. We are open to considering candidates at various levels in their professional careers, and have positions at multiple levels available.
