Innovative Pathways Inc. is looking for a dynamic, motivated and energetic leader who will be responsible for managing a number of ABA and related programs for children with Autism and their families.
Responsibilities
- Full time - 30 to 40 hours per week
- Candidates must be available Monday through Friday, ALL DAY
- Work closely with the Program Directors
- Provide ongoing program adjustments and updates as necessary
- Provide progress reports for the families and status reports for the Program Directors
- Train and supervise Behavioral Therapists and Instructors
- Attend and lead bimonthly or weekly Team Meetings
- Willing to drive to client locations across the Bay Area on a daily basis
Qualifications
- Master's Degree or higher in Psychology, Special Education or other related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant behavioral experience
- Experience with Discrete Trial and ABA
- Experience implementing treatment programs
- Experience creating and managing individualized behavior plans
- Experience supervising and leading junior and senior staff members
- Experience with data analysis to monitor performance and progress
- Excellent written communications skills
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Excellent problem resolution and people skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
