Sand Hollow Resort is a premier destination to Escape. Play. Discover. Relax. Home of Southern Utah’s top-ranked golf destination, with two unique onsite courses and 65 units with 110 bedrooms for guests to relax in during their stay.
We are seeking a Resort Desk team member with the proven ability to provide the highest quality of customer service in the operations of the Resort Desk Team. The goal of our Resort Desk Team is to deliver outstanding guest service, assuring guests an enjoyable and positive experience during their stay.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide top quality professional service to guests and team members
- Provide analytical and logistical decision-making solutions to given situations.
- Proactively complete assignments and daily tasks with minimal direction.
- Ability to plan, manage and coordinate in timely matter.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Clearly and effectively communicate with guests, staff, and management both verbally and in written communication.
Qualifications and Skills
- Available to work all days of the week including weekends, holidays and on call as needed
- Provide a friendly, professional, welcoming experience by greeting guests at the resort upon arrival.
- Assist in all operations to include, but not limited to, guest services standards, check-in/check-out, availability, and computer systems management.
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely, friendly efficient manner.
- Escalate issues in a timely manner to a manager when necessary.
- Adhere to a positive team-oriented environment focused on guest services and satisfaction.
- Ability to quickly adapt to onsite situations and changing work environments.
- Communicate effectively in a professional and courteous manner to guests and all team members.
- Maintain assigned areas of the resort are cleaned, including indoor unit cleaning and organizing tasks.
- Initiate and implement techniques to promote resort services (golf, dining, special events).
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 1 year experience in the Hospitality Industry, management experience preferred (e.g. resorts, ski, golf etc.).
- High School Diploma or GED required, Associated Degree or higher preferred.
