Lazard is seeking an Experienced Associate (1+ year of investment banking experience at the Associate level) to work as a key part of lean deal teams on M&A and other strategic assignments, providing immediate and meaningful exposure to senior bankers and senior client executives. Healthcare Associates in the San Francisco office work on a variety of strategic transactions for leading and emerging pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and life science tools & diagnostics companies. The San Francisco-based team is a key part of Lazard’s global healthcare practice and leads the coverage and execution of transactions for companies across the U.S. Lazard is differentiated among the leading investment banks in our history of investing in Associates and developing them into successful senior bankers.

Day-to-day activities of the experienced Associate include financial analysis and modeling, creating and preparing client presentations, interacting with client senior executives, helping to manage deal processes and providing guidance to teammates at the Analyst level, among other activities.
