Job Responsibilities

As a Production Associate, you work with, and around, moving mechanical parts throughout the facility, as well as load and unload the assigned machines. Fast paced, Noise levels can vary, and can become a very loud environment. With all of our employees burning rubber to get the best quality, it can get pretty hot, so be prepared! We do allow extra break times to accommodate. We do require you to lift , bend, reach above the head, kneel, and sometimes crouch, so we push the importance of stretching during shifts.

We need employees who are able to work a seven-day rotating schedule, including some weekends, as well as work a 12-hour shift. No experience needed, we'll give you all the tread you need to succeed! If you like to burn rubber, come join our team today!

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated to range between $15.00 - $15.50 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including but not limited to experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills and experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive skills and experience. An employee’s pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
