JOB DESCRIPTION
The successful candidate will perform the following duties:
- Daily operations of recruiting, screening and interviewing applicants for prospective employment.
- Assists the HR Manager with policy and procedure preparation, handbook updates, and the implementation and coordination of compensation program.
- Assists with the development/revision of job descriptions and job analysis.
- Assists in educating employees, provides information, or refers to the correct HR resource (call center, benefits team, etc.)
- Conducts new employee orientation. Assists in employee relations investigations, counseling, and exit interviewing.
- Generates and compiles routing and ad hoc reports from HRIS system.
- Maintains employee files/records timely and accurately in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and regulatory requirements.
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
Must-Haves :
- Associate Degree required
- 2 years of human resources experience
- Must have working knowledge in all areas of HR laws and regulations.
- Have a demonstrated ability to utilize personal computers and software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Nice-To-Haves :
- Healthcare HR experience
