JOB DESCRIPTION

The successful candidate will perform the following duties:

  • Daily operations of recruiting, screening and interviewing applicants for prospective employment.
  • Assists the HR Manager with policy and procedure preparation, handbook updates, and the implementation and coordination of compensation program.
  • Assists with the development/revision of job descriptions and job analysis.
  • Assists in educating employees, provides information, or refers to the correct HR resource (call center, benefits team, etc.)
  • Conducts new employee orientation. Assists in employee relations investigations, counseling, and exit interviewing.
  • Generates and compiles routing and ad hoc reports from HRIS system.
  • Maintains employee files/records timely and accurately in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and regulatory requirements.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Must-Haves :

  • Associate Degree required
  • 2 years of human resources experience
  • Must have working knowledge in all areas of HR laws and regulations.
  • Have a demonstrated ability to utilize personal computers and software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Nice-To-Haves :

  • Healthcare HR experience
