In this position the responsible person will communicate with service technicians, customers and management to ensure customer’s needs are met. Responsibilities include scheduling service, ordering parts and quoting repairs, along with other important duties.

Requirements needed to be considered for this position:

• Experience with utilizing judgement in order to plan and accomplish goals.
• Ability to handle high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
• Follow up and follow through with technicians and customers to help maintain good customer relationships.

• Previous service coordinator, dispatcher experience or management experience
• Basic computer skills and proficient with Microsoft Office.
• A professional and courteous telephone manner.
• Detail-orientated with ability to multitask.
• Friendly to work with.
• Strong interpersonal skills such as, communication, problem solving and organizational.
• General office experience, includes answering phones, greeting customers, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• On call

• Orlando, FL 32804: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Dispatching: 3 years (Preferred)
• Customer Service: 3 years (Preferred)
