About us

Founded in 2005, ASun Star provides over 34 different services to youth, adults, and families. We have facility based and in-home/ in-community services.

ASun Star is located in Bloomfield, NJ; however, we provide services throughout the state. We are looking for some great team members in a few areas of our programming. We work with children, adolescents, and adults whom have been diagnosed with Autism.

IN HOME BEHAVIORAL PROGRAM (BCBA, BCaBA) pay b/w $45-$100/hr:

For Adolescents and Adults, we are looking for individuals who can have an interest in:

• completing in-home FBA and BPS assessments,
• supervising behavioral techs within the home setting

IN HOME BEHAVIORAL PROGRAM (RBT, Masters, Bachelors, HS Diploma) pay b/w $15-$30/hr:

For Adolescents and Adults, we are looking for individuals who have experience in:

• implementing interventions from a support plan
• working with individuals on ADLS's and behaviors
• tracking data
• working with the I/DD population

MENTAL HEALTH/ BEHAVIORAL HEALTH (LAC/LSW/LPC/LCSW, PhD) pay b/w $35-$85

For Adolescents, we are looking for individuals who have experience in:

• creating and implementing treatment plans
• completing BioPsychoSocials
• facilitating individual and family therapy sessions

Our agency has implemented an EMR (electronic medical record), which allows us to get staff the info they need without them having to come into the office to submit or pickup paperwork. In addition, staff are able to coordinate a flexible schedule with families to complete assessments and services.

P/T and F/T hrs available. Hours are Flexible.

Competitive Wages (Depending on degree and license, wages range from $17-$100/hr).

Have at least one year experience in either of the following practices:

• Individual Support Services
• Applied Behavior Analysis
• Individual In-Home Therapy
• Individual In-Community Therapy
• Adult DDD In-Community Services

Additional recommended Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

• Contractors should own and operate an automobile while providing services.
• New Jersey State Law Mandates that contractors attend one (1) hour of clinical informational session per month.
• The contract requires contractors to complete notes and submit them Every Sunday evening by 11:59PM.
• Contractors are also asked to maintain all of their paperwork up to date for compliance purposes.
