Job description
An Internet Sales Representative is responsible for ensuring all sales customers who contact Jenkins and Wynne via online request or phone call are assisted with any questions they have before they arrive to the store. Customer Service is this role's number one priority. As the support team to Sales, the primary focus of this role is to schedule sales appointments.
Pay:
$10 hourly plus commission for sales appointments scheduled. Monthly bonuses are available.
Essential Duties:
Be proficient in answering the phone, multi-tasking multiple calls at the same time, utilizing our scheduling and sales tools, as well as selling an appointment for sales. Online lead submissions for sales must be contacted in a timely manner, and customers must be followed up with and assisted with any requests they have so the sales process is as smooth and hassle-free as possible.
Skills Required:
Must have proficient computer and organizational skills and know how to email and text. Must be able to keep a very positive/can-do attitude, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced and loud environment. A passion for vehicles and product knowledge is a huge plus.
Educational Requirements:
High School diploma or GED
Physical Requirements:
Extended desk use. Standing desks are available.
Licensing or other special certifications:
Training offered on-site.
