Responsibilities
- Install, update and troubleshoot softwares and hardwares on sites.
- Resolve technical problems with LAN, WAN, VPN, WiFi, Print Servers and other back-office systems.
- Manage IT related On/Off boarding for employees and manage fixed assets.
- Manage IT related SOC 2 policies
- Work closely with 3rd party vendors providing various technology services.
Requirements
- Experience in supporting and maintaining OKTA, Gsuite, Windows and Microsoft Office environments.
- AS/BS in Informational Technology or related field.
- Work experience is a plus.
