Position Summary: Provide leadership and direction to the greenhouse maintenance team while prioritizing projects and managing daily outcomes.

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the day to day supervision of maintenance systems, process and documentation

Develop project management priorities, completion status, and reporting processes

Manage proper inventory levels for all maintenance supplies, spare parts, and materials

Provide long-term solutions to production, facilities, and greenhouse operations

Computer literacy a must along with PLC responsibilities

Inspect production equipment to ensure all equipment is in proper working order

Perform daily inspections to building exterior/interior to include building vents, echo-veyers, watering booms, heat retention curtains, record needed repairs

ALWAYS work in a safe manner following all safety procedures and processes

Perform and record weekly safety checks throughout the facility to ensure a safe and clean environment for the patrons of the facility and to eliminate all hazards

Assists and performs semiskilled tasks of a general nature in connection with maintenance, repair and construction tasks

Assists with the installation, maintenance, repair and construction work in the basic building maintenance electrical, plumbing, and mechanics

Assists in the construction, installation and maintenance of a variety of other structures and items

Maintains warehouse and work areas in clean and orderly condition

Maintains accurate records of preventative maintenance schedules, and SDS sheets.

Other duties as assigned

Working Environment Conditions:

· Exposed to weather conditions in all seasons, including variable temperatures; wet, humid, heat, and cold

· Noise level will be low to moderate

Requirements:

· Must be 18 years or older

· Must have at least 8 years of previous production maintenance tech/management experience

· Exposure to a manufacturing environment

· Must be able to work six days a week with overtime expected

Physical Requirements:

· Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, and fully twist 90% of the time

· Manual dexterity

· Ability to lift up to 10-25 pounds continuously over your head

· Pay based upon experience

• Electrical: 5 years (Required)
• Hydraulic: 5 years (Preferred)

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
