Our team is NOW HIRING Production workers to participate in our clients facility located in Warren PA.

BASIC RESPONSIBILITY: Knowledge of specified standards and procedures associated with safety, housekeeping, problem solving, SPC and basic manufacturing, and preventive maintenance methods applicable to polyurethane molding operations.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Safety a. Knows and complies with all safety policies and procedures. b. Is aware of and utilizes all required personal protective equipment (PPE). Knows and complies with safe operation of all equipment. i. Utilizes all required checklists. c. Can reference Safety Data Sheets for all materials.

2. Housekeeping a. Makes use of the 15-minute cleanup period. b. Knows and maintains housekeeping standards for assigned work center. c. Complies with standards for waste disposal. i. Follows company recycling policies. (Metal, paper, cardboard.) ii. Follows policies for disposal of residual waste barrels. d. Is aware of and participates in 5S based projects. e. Maintains personal hygiene.

3. Problem Solving a. Knows and recognizes all molding defects. i. Assists in determining root cause and needed corrective action. b. Knows and recognizes all machine shop defects. 4. SPC Charting a. Knows types of charts and their usage. i. Can properly complete all charts. b. Is able to recognize when off process and follows proper reaction patch. c. Understands calculation of control limits.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.00 - $17.60 per hour
